Our History

Roofdec was established in 1971 and therefore in 2021 celebrated 50 years in business, an achievement few in either the roofing and cladding or the building industry in general can boast.

We started life as a small felt roofing company and have over the years evolved into one of the top 5 largest envelope contractors in the country with an average annual turnover between £25-30 million.

We believe our success and longevity in an extremely difficult and competitive industry is due to the following ingredients;

What We Do

Our Team

Each Gang specialises in there aspect of the Roofing and Cladding sector, which means Roofdec can cherry pick each team to suit site specific specifications, with the appropriate training that is required. All Gang Leaders have SSSTS, all operatives have 1 day and CSCS Cards

Dedicated Contracts Manager to each Project

In house Draughtsmen that produce specific details, drawings and design co-ordination from tender to completion stage

Roofdec also have a Project Planner to issue and revise Project Programmes through the building stage

O&M Document Controller that will deliver the final warranties and guarantees upon the completion of a project.
